How it works

Approve the design before you pay anything.

Start with one short request. Review a custom homepage concept, then choose a plan only if the direction feels right.

From request to launch

Five clear steps. No payment before you approve the direction.

The process keeps the early decision simple, then moves into scope, build, review, and launch only after the homepage concept feels right.

01

Request a free concept

Share your business, contact details, industry, what you do, current website if you have one, and whether you already have a logo. No card or account is required.

02

Review it in 2–3 business days

We create a custom homepage concept around your business and email it to you. The concept is free, carries no obligation, and remains Pine State Creative property until a plan is purchased.

03

Approve and choose a plan

After you approve the concept, we send a private checkout link. Select Essential, Professional, or Complete, choose monthly or annual billing, confirm pages, forms, and add-ons, then pay securely through Stripe.

04

Complete the website

We build the remaining approved pages and forms, prepare the copy, connect the needed features, and send the complete website for review.

05

Review and launch

Send consolidated feedback by email. Change requests generally target one business day. After final approval, we complete launch checks and connect the public domain.

Design-match guarantee

Approve the design before you pay.

You approve the design before you pay anything. If the launched website doesn't match what you approved, we'll correct it or refund your first payment in full within 30 days of launch.

Clear expectations

Fast, useful communication without a meeting-heavy process.

Feedback by email

List requested changes together in one clear message so they can be handled efficiently.

One-business-day change target

PSC generally targets each included consolidated change request within one business day. This is a service target, not a guaranteed deadline.

Three included requests

Three rounds are included. New direction, expanded scope, or major changes can be quoted separately.

Approval before launch

No website is connected to the public domain until the final website and launch checks are approved.
