No. Every website plan has $0 down and no setup fee. Each plan has a 12-month agreement and can be billed monthly or prepaid annually.

The homepage counts as one page, and each service page counts separately. Privacy Policy and Terms pages do not count toward the plan limit. Additional pages are $49 each as a one-time charge.

Essential includes three custom forms, Professional includes five, and Complete includes ten. Additional forms are $49 each as a one-time charge.

Professional and Complete include reasonable minor content updates, such as changing hours, a photo, a staff member, a price, or a small amount of existing copy. Essential does not include monthly content changes; edits are $49 each. New pages, features, redesigns, and substantial changes are quoted separately.

Professional and Complete customers receive ownership of transferable source code, design, PSC-created content, and the domain after 12 paid months and payment of all outstanding amounts. Essential is a subscription-only plan and does not transfer website ownership. Customer-provided logos, photos, data, and existing materials remain the customer's property throughout.

Ownership does not include managed hosting, deployments, the customer portal, performance reporting, support, shared infrastructure, reusable platform technology, or third-party services. If you want to move an eligible website after ownership transfers, migration work is quoted separately.

You can schedule cancellation, but all website plans carry a 12-month agreement. Amounts already paid are not refunded or prorated except where required by law, and service continues through the paid period. Ownership rules still depend on the plan and completion of 12 paid months.

PSC generally targets each included consolidated change request within one business day after receipt. This is a service target, not a guaranteed deadline.

Yes. We can connect an existing domain while preserving domain-based email and other connected services. Your domain remains your property.

Professional and Complete can include newsletter signup, standard appointment booking, photo galleries, a customer-editable menu manager, and an event or schedule manager at no additional fee. Secure files, structured editing, resource libraries, ecommerce, paid memberships, and customer portals use the published add-on bands.
