How can the first website presentation be ready within one business day?
The guided intake collects the pages, business information, content direction, files, features, and preferences needed to begin immediately. Your first delivery is a complete interactive presentation for review, not the final public launch.
Do I need to write my website copy?
No. We develop the initial copy from your intake, existing materials, pricing, and approved business details. You review and approve the final information through the included change process.
Do I need to provide photos?
Yes. Website intake cannot be completed without photo uploads. Provide current business photos, approved stock selections, product images, team photos, or other relevant visual material.
What if I am not sure which pages or features I need?
Select Not Sure wherever it is offered and provide the surrounding business information. We will make a recommendation within the submitted scope.
What changes are included?
Three consolidated change requests are included. Each request should list the desired changes together by email. New direction, expanded scope, or major changes can be quoted separately.
How quickly are changes completed?
Included change requests are processed within one business day after they are received.
Can I use my current domain?
Yes. We can connect an existing domain and preserve domain-based email or other connected services. You may also have us register a domain for a $15 setup charge. The domain remains your property.
Can you rebuild my current website?
Yes, as a new custom website inside the Pine State Creative system. We do not connect to an unknown website platform and attempt to repair or manage the existing build.
When do I own the website?
Full website ownership transfers after the initial agreement term. Earlier transfer is available by paying the remaining balance for that term. Your domain, logo, photos, and pre-existing materials remain yours throughout.
Why does the monthly price continue after ownership transfers?
The monthly service covers managed hosting, technical maintenance, reasonable minor updates, support, and performance reporting. Those ongoing services continue even after ownership of the completed website transfers.
What is included as a reasonable minor update?
Examples include replacing a photo, updating hours, correcting information, changing a staff member, adjusting a price, or revising a small amount of existing copy. New pages, new functions, redesigns, and substantial content changes are quoted separately.
Can you build ecommerce, memberships, portals, or directories?
Yes. Advanced features are selected and priced through the guided intake before purchase. Platform costs are included up to the stated usage limits, and any overage charged by the provider is passed through at cost.
