What is the free concept?

It is a custom homepage design based on a short request about your business. No payment, card, account, or obligation is required. We generally deliver it by email within 2–3 business days. The concept remains Pine State Creative property until you purchase a plan.

When do I choose a plan and pay?

Only after you approve the homepage concept. We then send a private link where you can choose Essential, Professional, or Complete, confirm scope and add-ons, accept the agreement, and pay securely through Stripe.

Is there a setup fee or down payment?

No. Every website plan has $0 down and no setup fee. Each plan has a 12-month agreement and can be billed monthly or prepaid annually.

How are website pages counted?

The homepage counts as one page, and each service page counts separately. Privacy Policy and Terms pages do not count toward the plan limit. Additional pages are $49 each as a one-time charge.

How many forms are included?

Essential includes three custom forms, Professional includes five, and Complete includes ten. Additional forms are $49 each as a one-time charge.

What updates are included?

Professional and Complete include reasonable minor content updates, such as changing hours, a photo, a staff member, a price, or a small amount of existing copy. Essential does not include monthly content changes; edits are $49 each. New pages, features, redesigns, and substantial changes are quoted separately.

When do I own the website?

Professional and Complete customers receive ownership of transferable source code, design, PSC-created content, and the domain after 12 paid months and payment of all outstanding amounts. Essential is a subscription-only plan and does not transfer website ownership. Customer-provided logos, photos, data, and existing materials remain the customer's property throughout.

What does website ownership exclude?

Ownership does not include managed hosting, deployments, the customer portal, performance reporting, support, shared infrastructure, reusable platform technology, or third-party services. If you want to move an eligible website after ownership transfers, migration work is quoted separately.

You can schedule cancellation, but all website plans carry a 12-month agreement. Amounts already paid are not refunded or prorated except where required by law, and service continues through the paid period. Ownership rules still depend on the plan and completion of 12 paid months.

How quickly are changes completed?

PSC generally targets each included consolidated change request within one business day after receipt. This is a service target, not a guaranteed deadline.

Can I use my current domain?

Yes. We can connect an existing domain while preserving domain-based email and other connected services. Your domain remains your property.

Which advanced features are included?

Professional and Complete can include newsletter signup, standard appointment booking, photo galleries, a customer-editable menu manager, and an event or schedule manager at no additional fee. Secure files, structured editing, resource libraries, ecommerce, paid memberships, and customer portals use the published add-on bands.

How long does the website design process take?

The first homepage concept is generally delivered within 2–3 business days. The complete launch timeline depends on the approved page count, forms, features, customer materials, and feedback.

Is search optimization included?

Every website includes a crawlable technical foundation, page titles, descriptions, responsive layouts, and structured content. Ongoing ranking campaigns, content publishing, and link building are separate from the standard website plans.

What website work costs extra?

Additional pages, forms, major redesigns, new functionality, third-party subscriptions, and work outside the confirmed scope are priced before the additional work begins.

Who owns the website?

Professional and Complete ownership transfers after 12 paid months. Essential remains subscription only. Customer-provided logos, photos, data, and existing materials always remain the customer's property.

Which plans include standard features?

Professional and Complete can include newsletter signup, standard appointment booking, photo galleries, a menu manager, and an event or schedule manager without an additional PSC fee.

Are third-party subscriptions included?

No. When a feature relies on another platform, the customer pays that provider directly unless the written scope specifically says otherwise.

Can PSC build something outside the listed bands?

Yes. A custom workflow can be reviewed and quoted when it does not fit the standard, light, or heavy feature bands.

What happens if the feature needs more work later?

Routine technical management is included with an active monthly add-on. New workflows, substantial redesigns, and expanded scope are quoted separately.

What logo files will I receive?

Logo projects include transparent PNG and scalable SVG files, with full-color and one-color versions. Complete identities also include the approved logo arrangements, colors, typography, and practical guidance.

Does brand identity pricing include printing?

No. The service covers design and prepared files. Printing, signs, apparel, vehicle graphics, and other physical production are purchased separately from the customer's chosen vendor.

Can an existing logo be refined?

Yes. The current files and desired changes are reviewed first so PSC can confirm whether the work fits a logo project or needs a broader identity scope.

How many brand design changes are included?

Three consolidated change requests are included. A new direction or substantial work beyond the approved scope can be quoted separately.

Do I need an existing logo for graphic design?

No. If the business does not have a usable logo, a logo or complete brand identity can be added before the graphic design piece is completed.

Is copywriting included with graphic design?

Customers should provide the essential wording and factual details. PSC can organize and lightly edit that material for the design. Substantial copywriting is scoped separately.

Does PSC arrange printing?

The listed prices cover design and prepared files, not physical production. The files can be sent to the customer's preferred printer or production vendor.

How many graphic design changes are included?

Three consolidated change requests are included. Additional versions, sizes, new concepts, or major direction changes can be quoted separately.
