InstantPlow needed a recognizable brand and a way to quote and coordinate snow removal without handling every property through calls and manual handoffs.
How we built InstantPlow from logo to service completion.
Pine State Creative designed the identity and public website, then built the pricing, portals, and communications that carry the same property through a completed snow-removal visit.

We mapped the whole job before designing the screens: discover the service, measure the driveway, approve a price, assign a provider, document the visit, and update the customer.
A logo system, public website, map-based pricing and checkout, three connected portals, and automated email and text updates tied to service events.
A logo system made for more than a homepage.
We drew a front-facing pickup and V-plow with a driveway and snowbanks to make the service clear at a glance. The upright wordmark gives the identity a strong, readable shape beside the illustration.
We prepared formats for the website, social profiles, and small uses, then carried winter navy, white, and silver through the customer and provider interfaces. The brand stays recognizable even when the screen is mostly forms and service details.

We made the quote part of the website.
We organized the public pages around residential, property manager, and commercial needs, with service-area pages and answers to common questions. From there, the visitor can move into a property-specific price without starting a phone call.
Measure the actual property
We integrated address search and a satellite map so the driveway can be outlined. Surface and slope questions add the details an ordinary contact form would miss.
Explain the price
We built the selections for seasonal or one-time service, plowing or snowblowing, walkways, steps, and salt into a clear total before asking for contact details.
Carry it into checkout
The approved scope stays with the property through agreement review and card collection. That same record becomes the starting point for the portals and service workflow.
Three portals built around one property.
We designed the customer, provider, and admin views around shared property, service, and assignment records. The information entered during pricing remains useful after checkout.
Make service visible.
We gave customers a place to manage properties, request one-time service, track pending work, review history, and open the proof of a completed visit.
Give the field team the right details.
We built assigned-property views with notes and navigation, plus a completion flow for standard work or corrective returns that captures a photo and location record.
Put dispatch in one place.
We brought quote activity, requests, assignments, customers, providers, and payout controls into a single operational view for the business.
We connected updates to the work itself.
We built email into the provider assignment flow and service communications, then added opt-in text updates for customers who choose them. Each message has a reason to send; the portals hold the underlying details.
A completed visit requires a photo and location record. That event generates the customer update and proof link, while the saved card is charged after service. The handoff from field work to customer record does not depend on someone copying details between systems.
- Completion photo
- GPS timestamp
- Property and service details
- Email or opted-in text update
- Customer proof page
