Case study · Cleaning services website

How we built Busy B’s Cleaning around the right job.

Pine State Creative turned a broad cleaning offer into a site with distinct service and location paths. We made it easier to understand what Brittanie handles and how to reach her with the details of a specific job.

The brief

One cleaner serves homes, workplaces, and short-term rentals across two Maine regions. A single generic services page would leave visitors guessing about fit and coverage.

Our approach

We organized the site by cleaning need and geography, then brought Brittanie’s experience and direct contact options into the paths where people make a decision.

What we built

A responsive, owner-led website with focused service pages, two regional pages, FAQs, a prepared quote-intake layout, and live call and text routes.

Service architecture

We separated the services by the job people have in mind.

Someone seeking regular home cleaning is asking different questions from an office manager or a vacation-rental host. We gave those needs their own pages and kept the next contact step close to the explanation.

01

Homes

Recurring, deep, one-time, and move-related cleaning each have a clear description so a household can recognize the right starting point.

02

Workplaces

Commercial cleaning has its own route for offices and small businesses, rather than borrowing residential language for a different customer.

03

Vacation rentals

Turnover cleaning speaks to Airbnb, Vrbo, and other short-term-rental needs, with coverage made clear for the Mount Desert Island area and Greater Bangor.

Local positioning

Two regions needed two useful entry points.

We built separate Greater Bangor and Mount Desert Island area pages so coverage is understandable before someone requests a quote. The page content reflects the mix of homes, businesses, and rentals served in each place.

We kept Brittanie’s name, 15 years of experience, and direct phone and text options visible. That gives the site the same personal point of contact the business offers after an inquiry.

Quote intake

We designed the request around the property and timing.

The quote layout asks about service, property type, town, frequency, timeframe, and what needs cleaning. Optional details help describe the size and scope without making every visitor complete a long checklist.

01

Identify the job

The proposed intake separates home, business, and rental work and lets visitors choose a service or say they are not sure yet.

02

Describe the schedule

Frequency, timing, and a description of the space give Brittanie a more useful starting point for a custom quote.

03

Keep contact working

Online submissions are currently inactive on the live site. The page directs visitors to call, text, or message Busy B’s while the form remains unavailable.
